Medical Logistics Associate – UPS Venlo

Wat je gaat doen As a Medical Logistics Associate, you will perform precise and efficient tasks within our Venlo warehouse. You are an essential part of the healthcare supply chain, working in a secure, dynamic environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are key.

Your responsibilities include:

• Order picking: accurately collect hospital instruments and medical products according to established procedures
• Inventory management: maintain stock levels and report shortages
• Order preparation: perform quality checks and prepare medical items for shipment
• Loading and unloading: handle incoming and outgoing trucks efficiently
• Working in a chilled environment: follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace 
• Work schedule:
  You will work in a 3 shift system, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, offering flexibility and shift allowances.

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage: €15.40 gross per hour
• 25% evening shift allowance for work after 7:00 PM
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance: up to €9.47 per day
• Holiday pay: 8%
• Extra vacation days above the statutory minimum

We are looking for a precise and motivated logistics professional:

• Logistics experience is a plus
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work 3-shift schedules, including evening shifts
• Own transport to Venlo
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Physically fit and willing to work in a chilled environment
• Careful handling of valuable hospital instruments and medical products
