At Bavaria, we are looking for enthusiastic forklift drivers to join our logistics team! In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our logistics processes. Does being part of one of the world's most iconic beer brands sound interesting? Then read on!

What does your role involve?
As a forklift driver, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse. You will ensure that pallets full of delicious beverages end up in the right place. Once production is complete, you will get to work moving everything carefully and in an organized manner. You will also contribute to export tasks and ensure that our products reach their destination safely and on time.

What can you expect from your working day?

• Precision work with pallets: With the help of an on-board computer, you will know exactly which pallets need to go where.
• Performing export tasks: You will prepare products for transport to international customers.
• Collaborating and ensuring safety: You will work closely with colleagues and always keep an eye on a safe working environment.
• Variety in work: You will have the opportunity to get to know different parts of the warehouse, while the order pool remains your permanent base.

Working hours and flexibility:
At Bavaria, we work with both day shifts and a 3-shift system. We expect flexibility to be able to work in both systems:

• Day shift 1: 08:00 – 16:30 hr
• Day shift 2: 09:30 – 18:00 hr

In addition, you may also be scheduled for the 3-shift system:

• Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00 hr
• Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00 hr
• Night shift: 22:00 – 6:00 hr (always in blocks of 4 nights, so you can maintain your rhythm)

With these flexible working hours, we offer you a working week that is both varied and well-organized. Your efforts will contribute directly to the success of our logistics processes.

Wie ben je?

• You have a valid forklift certificate;
• You are fluent in Dutch or English;
• You are willing to work shifts, including day shifts.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Salary of €18.51 gross per hour, including ADV allowance and end-of-year bonus.
• Shift allowance of 150% for hours between 6:00 p.m. And 6:00 a.m.
• Excellent pension plan through STIPP.
• Vacation pay (8.33%) and vacation day accrual (10.92%).
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way (€0.19 per km) up to a maximum of 50 km.
• Work clothing and work shoes are provided by Bavaria.
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance.
• Access to Olympia's digital environment to conveniently manage all your affairs, such as pay slips, contracts, and annual statements.
