Employment agency Manpower is looking for Production Workers Make & Pack for Gate Gourmet at Schiphol.

⚠️ Important: you must have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 years, due to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee screening.

As a production worker in the Make & Pack department, you will:

• Gather the correct ingredients for hot or cold meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners)
• Assemble meals neatly and according to strict hygiene standards
• Package the meals carefully for airline service
• Follow clear guidelines to maintain quality and cleanliness
• Keep your workstation tidy and organized
• Support new colleagues by explaining tasks and helping them feel at ease

In your first few weeks, you will be assigned a buddy. This colleague will guide you and show you step by step how everything works. This way, you'll get to know the job and the company well and can start working independently quickly!

Working hours
The working hours are between 6.00 and 23.00, providing a lot of flexibility in the schedule. During the summer months, for example, the start times may sometimes be later in the day, such as 14.30 or 15.30. There are two work locations: Schiphol North and Schiphol West. A shuttle bus operates between these locations. 

Before you start, you will undergo a group training where you will learn the general guidelines to perform your job well. Additionally, you will complete the Cabin Services Training, which you must pass in order to continue working.
