Hey there! Are you looking for a new challenge and want to give your career a boost? We are looking for a Yard Manager for our team in Tilburg. With us, you will be in charge of the yard. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from transport movements to compliance with safety procedures.
Your day starts with a cup of coffee and a team meeting. Then you get to work coordinating transport and acting as the point of contact for drivers. You make sure everything runs smoothly and solve any problems that arise. You work well with your colleagues and ensure that everything goes according to plan. You are the first person that drivers see when they drive up onto the yard. You will let them know at which dock they need to be and let your colleagues inside know that a truck is coming in. You'll attach and detach reefers and make sure everybody follows protocol. Also, you can answer the first questions drivers can have about where they need to be for the paperwork for example. Also, you make sure that all traffic on the yard will be safe and that the terrain remains clean and hazard free. You enjoy working outside no matter what the weather is like!

In Tilburg there are two locations on the industrial estate Vossenberg III near the N260, which means that it is easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, Oosterhout, Waalwijk or Dongen. The third is on Loven III which is closer to Oisterwijk near the N261. Parking is free. And the great thing is: Olympia has its own office on site. So we can always help you quickly if needed.
