As a quality intelligence project manager, you will contribute to ensuring that Abbott Nutrition's quality systems remain compliant with global regulations and market requirements. You will lead medium to large-scale projects, collaborating with international teams to address quality assessments and implement updates across the supply chain and commercial affiliates. Your role demands critical thinking, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, particularly within the EU or Pacific Asia regions.
What You Will Do:
- Lead: multiple quality and compliance-related projects, ensuring alignment with Abbott Nutrition's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate: with global stakeholders, including affiliates, manufacturing plants, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams, to address market signals and regulatory changes.
- Assess: market signals and their impact on quality systems, ensuring timely updates and adherence across all levels of the supply chain.
- Facilitate: meetings and governance processes to drive effective communication and decision-making across international teams.
- Support: the development and implementation of quality activities, focusing on compliance with EU or Pacific Asia regulations, depending on your location.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with expertise in quality and compliance within the nutritional manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Chemistry, or related field.
- 5-7 years in regulated nutritional manufacturing, preferably pediatric/medical nutrition.
- Strong knowledge of food GxP, nutritional regulations, and quality systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
