As a Crop Worker, you support daily greenhouse and crop care activities under the guidance of experienced team members. You perform a variety of technical and practical tasks, ensure accuracy in plant handling, and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment. You may also supervise or guide temporary workers when required.
- Carrying out various crop care activities, such as sowing, watering, turning plants, lowering plants, planting, leaf cutting, shaking trusses, harvesting, and seed extraction
- Identifying and reporting diseases, pests, and deviations in plant quality
- Keeping the greenhouse and work areas clean and organized
- Preparing and cleaning facilities before and after crop cycles
- Working accurately with large numbers of plants and following all work instructions and procedures
- Guiding or supervising temporary workers during assigned tasks
- Using and operating greenhouse tools and equipment
- Using computer systems for daily work registrations
- Following safety and phytosanitary protocols and attending mandatory safety meetings
Working days: Monday to FridayWorking hours: Day shift only

- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
- Overtime allowance of 140% for hours worked over 38 per week
