Production Worker

As a Production Worker, you contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made sandwich panels for various applications, including the bodywork industry and the defense sector. Depending on the department’s needs and your experience and interests.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, in a close-knit team of colleagues. Using production drawings and parts lists, you ensure that individual raw materials are transformed into a perfect end product. Due to the variety of panels and tasks, no two days are the same.

Accuracy, quality, and teamwork are central to this role. Your work has a direct and visible impact on the final product.

Depending on the department, your tasks include:

• Emptying, cleaning, and preparing press tables;

• Preparing and organizing various raw materials;

• Producing and bonding sandwich panels;

• Cutting, deburring, and sealing aluminum panels;

• Sawing, calibrating, and adjusting materials such as foam, wood, and composite to the correct thickness;

• Numbering, sorting, and preparing components for transport;

• Operating machinery and, if applicable, an overhead crane;

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• You work accurately and have technical insight;

• You can read production drawings or parts lists, or are willing to learn;

• You are a true team player;

• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language.

What We Offer

• Hourly wage of €16.24, with a starting wage of €15.88 during the first 4 weeks;

• Overtime paid with a 25% bonus for hours worked over 40 per week;

• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer;

• A full-time workweek of 40 hours;

• Company workwear provided.
