Your role will be to support our clubs across Belgium and the Netherlands. Your mission is to bring our brand to life locally - through powerful club activations, strong community partnerships, engaging CRM journeys, and digital visibility that drives enquiries and conversion.
The work is varied, practical, and high-impact: from executing local partnerships and open days to refining CRM flows, improving Google review scores, deploying campaigns in clubs, and supporting communications during Capex projects.

- 3+ years' experience in marketing, CRM, partnerships, events, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with club teams.
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in Dutch or French (both ideal but not required).
- Organised, analytical, and eager to take full ownership of projects and results.
- Comfortable getting into details, thinking creatively, and turning ideas into action.
- Hands-on, flexible, and motivated by fast-paced, varied work.
