As a logistics team leader, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our modern distribution center in Almelo. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees, ensuring smooth collaboration and motivating them to achieve daily targets. With your experience in logistics and leadership, you will identify opportunities for improvement and actively implement changes. Balancing leadership with hands-on involvement, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and safe working environment.
What You Will Do:
- Lead: motivate and coach your team to meet daily performance goals while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Monitor: oversee logistics processes and make timely adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate: organize team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and enhance team collaboration.
- Optimize: identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and safety.
- Participate: work alongside your team when necessary to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
