As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Work closely with customers to provide consulting, guidance, and operational support, both remotely and on site.
- Deliver specialist services during deployment and implementation projects.
- Configure applications and train customers, ensuring effective adoption and ongoing support.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Manage and support customer service cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Participate in testing new features in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Experience: At least 1-3 three years of experience in finance, project management, customer success, or software implementation roles within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with strong proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Communication: Confident in presenting and explaining complex technical and financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
- Technical & Functional Skills:
- Solid understanding of software applications and systems, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks, and the ability to translate this expertise into practical software solutions.
- Experience with customer support tools, ticketing systems, and documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with software testing processes and working closely with development teams.
- Ability to create clear training materials and user documentation.
- Background in the automotive sector is considered an asset.

- Annual salary between €50.000 & €55.000 including 8% holiday allowance
