Your role in our team- Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 employees, promoting Decathlon's values
- Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding
- Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month
- Work with KPIs and contribute to forecasting to achieve company goals
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during shifts
- Handle operational tasks and optimize warehouse processes
- Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management
- Excellent leadership skills and a passion for team development
- Strong customer focus (B2C and B2B) and process optimization abilities
- Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including regular weekend days
- Experience with daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting
- Excellent command of the English language
- Valid work permit and minimum age of 18 years
