As a Road Freight Forwarder, you are the key link in the transport process. You ensure that shipments reach their destination smoothly, safely and on time. From planning to execution, you stay in control.
What will you do?
No two days are the same. You start by checking ongoing transports and processing new assignments. You are in constant contact with carriers, customers and colleagues, both nationally and internationally. When something doesn’t go according to plan, you think ahead and act immediately.

Your responsibilities at a glance
- Entering and processing shipments in the transport system
- Preparing, checking and managing transport documentation
- Monitoring delivery times and shipment statuses
- Daily communication with carriers, customers and other partners
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the planning
- Aligning priorities and schedules per shipment
- Adjusting route and transport instructions when necessary
- Actively contributing ideas for process improvements
- Collaborating within an international logistics network
- You are available full-time (40 hours per week)
- You are flexible and comfortable working variable shifts
- You have experience in logistics/transport, or are eager to learn
- You have a good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- You are able to obtain a VGB clearance (minimum 8 years resident in the EU)
- You work accurately, think ahead and switch quickly
- You communicate clearly and solution-oriented
- You function well in a team, but also take initiative independently
- Salary between €2,650 and €3,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours, depending on experience)
