Manpower is looking for a Machine Operator on behalf of a company in Breda.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up machines (calibration, cleaning, preparation) to start production cycles
- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting machine settings such as speed
- Feeding raw materials or parts into (semi-)automated machines
- Inspecting parts using precision and measuring tools
- Periodically testing machine operations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues during the shift
- Checking output to identify machine-related errors or defects
- Recording approved and rejected products
- Maintaining activity logs and production audit logs
- Ensuring production runs smoothly while meeting strict customer SLAs
You will work closely with colleagues in a small, young, and dynamic team. On-the-job training is provided, so motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
