Operator packaging

Wat je gaat doen As a Packaging Operator, you contribute to a smooth packaging process at our production site in Breda. You work in a three-shift system and ensure that our products meet the high quality standards we uphold. With your technical skills and attention to detail, you play an important role in resolving technical malfunctions and adapting to changing production requirements. In addition, you work closely with colleagues and other departments to guarantee an efficient workflow.

What you will do:

• Operate and set up both automatic and manual packaging machines to ensure a smooth process, making sure everything runs flawlessly.
• Carry out quality checks and document any deviations in accordance with established guidelines, keeping a sharp eye on quality.
• Troubleshoot technical malfunctions and perform minor maintenance in cooperation with the technical department, ensuring machines continue to function optimally.
• Monitor the packaging process and ensure an efficient workflow, maintaining oversight and responding to bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve an optimal production flow, contributing to strong team dynamics.

• Experience in production, preferably as an operator in a packaging department.
• Full-time availability in a three-shift system.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Own transportation to our location in Breda.
