As a Tool Store Operator, you're responsible for the tool store. You ensure that engineers always have access to the right equipment, at the right time, in perfect condition. From issuing tools to calibration: your work is essential for a safe and efficient maintenance process.
What your day looks like
You manage the day-to-day operations of the tool store. You issue tools, check them back in, and make sure everything is calibrated and inspected on time according to strict aviation standards. You work closely with the head of logistics and other departments to keep the maintenance process running smoothly.

Located at Maastricht Airport, this maintenance company has over 35 years of experience in servicing regional jets and turboprop aircraft. With around 200 employees in Maastricht and nearly 100 colleagues worldwide, you'll work in a professional, international environment where efficiency, safety, and sustainability are key.
Wie ben je?(Requirements)
- MBO level 3 or 4
- Proven experience with tool management or warehouse/inventory control
- Strong understanding of hand tools and technical equipment
- Experience with inventory management systems (WMS/SAP)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administration
- English: working level (aviation industry standard)
- Willingness to work some evening and/or weekends
(What we offer)
- €2,800 to €3,300 gross per month, depending on experience
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (max. 30 km one way)
