Production Operator

Wat je gaat doen As a Packaging Operator, you contribute to a smooth packaging process at our production facility in Breda. You work with both automatic and manual packaging machines in a three-shift system. With your technical skills and attention to detail, you ensure that the packaging meets the required quality standards. In addition, you work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

What you will do:

• Operate and set up automatic and manual packaging machines to ensure an efficient process.
• Perform quality checks and document deviations in accordance with established standards.
• Troubleshoot technical malfunctions and carry out minor maintenance in cooperation with the technical department.
• Monitor the packaging process and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to guarantee a smooth production flow.

• Gross monthly salary between €3500 and €3800, depending on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role in a three-shift system.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (maximum 60 km per day).
• 8.33% holiday allowance and a solid pension scheme.
