Logistics Employee / Picker-Packer – GEODIS Venlo

Wat je gaat doen As a logistics employee / picker-packer at GEODIS, you play an important role in our warehouse operations. You will pick, check, and pack goods to ensure they reach our customers on time. You will work carefully, efficiently, and according to safety rules. Teamwork is important, but you will also be able to work independently.

Your responsibilities:

• Order picking: collecting products according to orders
• Packing: preparing products correctly and safely for shipment
• Checking: verifying items for quality and quantity
• Sorting: organizing orders for dispatch
• Working safely according to workplace procedures
• Identifying and resolving minor issues within your tasks

• Hourly wage of €14.40 to €14.98, with opportunities to progress to a higher salary
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full-time work (32–40 hours per week) in day shifts, depending on your preference

• Weekly or 4-weekly payment on Thursdays

Functie-eisen We are looking for a reliable and motivated employee who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics work, preferably as a picker/packer
• Ability to work independently and think in solutions
• Speak Dutch, English and/or German
• Physically fit and not afraid of hands-on work
• Accurate, responsible, and reliable
• Proficient with scanners and computer systems
