Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Recruiter for a company based in The Hague.
As an In-House Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment cycle for head office roles, mainly within Sales and Service. These positions are primarily based in The Hague, with occasional recruitment for field-based roles. Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Writing clear and attractive job descriptions and job advertisements
- Actively sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as direct sourcing, social media and networking
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future vacancies
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews by phone or video
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining clear communication with candidates
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with the employer brand
- Managing the offer process, including negotiations and compliance checks
- Working closely with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding
- Keeping recruitment data up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
- Reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Supporting recruitment-related administrative tasks and contributing to talent acquisition projects
- Gross monthly salary between € 4,200 and € 5,200 (based on full-time)
- Temporary contract for 6 months (maternity cover)
- Part-time position for 32 hours per week
