As an operator, you will be responsible for collecting and weighing raw materials according to detailed recipes. You’ll work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale to ensure each order is processed with precision. Depending on the order, you'll handle between 10 and 30 different substances, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect raw materials using a mobile workstation (including computer and scale)
- Accurately weigh and process materials according to recipe specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow safety and quality protocols at all times.
- Work closely with your team to ensure smooth production flow.
You will work in a 3-shift system:
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
- €17.91 gross per hour;
- 20.5% shift allowance for every hour worked;
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
- Permanent contract with IFF after 6 months, based on good performance;
- Work at a leading international company with a strong focus on safety and personal development.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
- MBO level 4 work and thinking ability;
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or production (for example, in the food or process industry);
- Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong odors;
- Physically fit; lifting up to 20 kg is no problem for you.
