In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers who have questions or encounter issues with these systems. You respond to inquiries via various channels, also in French, ensuring customers receive timely and appropriate support. You record and manage all customer interactions in our support system to maintain oversight and track solutions. You assist customers in selecting and correctly installing products so that they function optimally, and can guide French-speaking customers when needed. Additionally, you analyze reported issues, test products to verify functionality, and resolve malfunctions.
You are technically proficient, communicative, and customer-focused. You enjoy analyzing and solving technical challenges and can explain clearly and patiently to both customers and colleagues, including French-speaking clients. Accuracy, proactive action, and the ability to collaborate effectively make you a valuable link within a team that continuously strives for innovation and quality.
