Operator packaging

Wat je gaat doen As an operator in the packaging department, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. You work in a three-shift system and ensure that our products meet the high quality standards we uphold.

With your technical skills and attention to detail, you work together with colleagues to tackle challenges such as technical malfunctions and changing production requirements.

What you will do:

• Operate and set up: both automatic and manual packaging machines to ensure a smooth process.
• Perform quality checks: and document any deviations according to established guidelines.
• Resolve technical malfunctions: and perform minor maintenance in collaboration with the technical service department.
• Monitor: the packaging process and ensure an efficient workflow.
• Collaborate: with colleagues and other departments to ensure optimal production flow.

• A salary between €3,500 and €3,800 per month, depending on experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A full-time role in a three-shift system.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
• 8.33% holiday allowance for extra financial security.

Functie-eisen We are looking for a precise and motivated operator with technical skills.

• Experience in production, preferably in the packaging sector.
• Full-time availability in a three-shift system.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Own transport to our location in Breda.
