As a pollinator, you play a crucial role in the growth process of peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Your task is to pollinate the plants' flowers using a small brush a precise action that is essential for fruit set. Without proper pollination, the plants won't bear fruit, which makes your work highly important for the harvest.

No experience is required, as you will receive full guidance from experienced colleagues who will teach you how to carry out the task accurately and efficiently. What matters most is that you can work with precision, because even a small mistake can affect the plants' growth. You will work four to five days per week, from late February/early March until mid-September, and after September we are happy to help you find another great opportunity. If things go well, there is even a chance for you to return the following season.

In short, it is a varied and important position that gives you the opportunity to gain work experience in the agricultural sector while contributing to a successful harvest. Wat wij bieden

• Enjoyable seasonal work from around late February/early March until mid-September. No experience? No problem!

• Covered by the Collective Labor Agreement for Garden Seed Companies, with 25 vacation days

• Travel allowance if you live more than 10 km from Wervershoof

• Finish work as early as 3:30 PM
