Factory Worker 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a factory worker within the Powder Production Unit (PPU) at IFF, you ensure that liquid flavorings are processed into high-quality powder products. You work in a modern, three-floor production facility, with each floor responsible for a different stage of the process. You’ll start in the pre-batch department: collecting and weighing raw materials according to the recipe. This requires accuracy and physical effort. Once you master these tasks, you’ll gradually learn more machine and mixing processes, including filling final products and preparing them for shipment.

Daily tasks:

• Collect and accurately weigh raw materials
• Lift bags of 20–25 kg and pour them into the machine
• Mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions
• Support machines and monitor processes
• Fill, pack, and prepare final products for shipment
• Work according to safety and hygiene guidelines

Working hours 3 shifts

• Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night: 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage: €21.40, including a 20.5% shift allowance paid on all hours
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent IFF contract after 6 months
