Are you ready for a logistics role with long-term prospects? As a warehouse employee, you play a key role in the recycling process. You ensure that paper and plastic are sorted, processed, and moved efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities include:
- Sorting, checking, and processing paper and plastic;
- Cutting cardboard and moving pallets to the correct location;
- Transporting large paper rolls to the cutting machine;
- Placing cardboard and plastic on the conveyor for pressing into solid bales;
- Assisting with various tasks as needed.
You’ll join growing recycling company with multiple locations in Limburg. Together, they manage the entire waste chain, collection, processing, and sustainable solutions – with a clear mission: transparency in waste management and reducing the growing waste problem.

- Motivated, flexible, and hands-on attitude;
- Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends;
- Comfortable with occasional overtime;
- Available to work in Hoensbroek and Sittard;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Forklift (heftruck) certificate required;
- Experience in logistics or transport is a plus.
What We offer:
- Full-time day shifts (40 hours per week);
- Salary between €2,600 and €3,150 gross per month (excluding allowances);
- Extra allowances for evening, weekend, and overtime work;
