Wat ga je doen?

Do you have experience as a line operator, and are you looking for a new and stable job? Then you can start as a line operator in Alphen!

You'll join a company which produces cheese products. Every day, a team of colleagues makes sure that the production runs smoothly, and that only the best products will finish the production line. Your job as a line operator will be:

- Handling, rebuilding and controlling the production line
- Solving problems
- Checking the line and machines
- Putting administration into the system
- Making sure that goals will be achieved

As a line operator, you'll work in a team with about 8 colleagues. In the 2-shift schedule you'll work from 06.00-15.00 and from 14.45-23.30 o' clock. After 6pm you'll receive a shift allowance of 35%

Wat vragen wij?

In this position you can work fulltime, but less is also possible (at least 24 hours). It's important that you:

- Live in or around Alphen (max 25km)
- Have at least 2 years experience as a (line) operator and with leading a team
- Can come to work with own transport, due to the fact that the company is not reachable by public transport
- Speak English fluently
- Are proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and Word

Wat bieden wij?

- Salary between €2800 - €3200 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week (excluding shift allowance)
- Shift allowance of 35% after 6pm
- Travel allowance of €0,21 per km
- Possibillty to grow to another position, for example shift leader
- €2500 budget for personal education
