In this full-time position in Bergschenhoek, you will contribute to the successful reproduction and improvement of various crops. In this role, you will work with different crops throughout their growth stages. Your tasks will include:
- Carrying out controlled pollination and cross-breeding procedures
- Carefully sowing seeds and monitoring early growth
- Registering and tracking germination data on digital devices
- Collecting plant parts at the right moment
- Cleaning, separating, and preparing seeds
- Processing seed batches according to internal guidelines
- Assisting other teams when needed, including occasional work at different sites
Experience in greenhouse work, nurseries, laboratories, or similar environments is a bonus. More important, however, are your eagerness to learn, flexibility, and ability to perform repetitive or detailed tasks with care.

- Some experience with pollination or plant reproduction
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused
- Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
- Basic digital skills (tablets, simple software)
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Dutch
