As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will work with advanced materials, precision tools, and technical documentation to build and maintain high-quality structural components for aircraft. You will be part of a unique aviation environment with over 100 years of heritage, where aircraft are literally being built and maintained right next to you.

Function

Work on new build aircraft, including VIP and Special Mission Aircraft

Perform repairs, inspections, modifications, and maintenance on critical aircraft structures

Execute riveting tasks using solid rivets, blind rivets, countersinking, drilling and precision fitting
-
Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, manuals, and work orders
-
Ensure accurate recording of deviations and proper use of tools and machinery
-
Contribute improvement ideas for efficiency and safety
-
Collaborate with experienced engineering and production teams
Job requirements

Practical experience as a Sheet Metal Worker, ideally in aerospace or marine
-
Strong hands-on skills in riveting, drilling, countersinking, precision fitting

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English

Good English communication skills

Fine motor skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Willingness to work in shifts

Technical MBO diploma in:

EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
Offer

€4,000-€5,000 gross per month (including shift bonus)

Overtime paid up to 180%

Holiday allowance: 8% of annual salary (paid once yearly in May/June)
