Regional Business Development Manager – Nordics

Your MissionDrive strategic growth across the Nordic region. Take the lead in securing long-term partnerships with government, defence, and public clients, such as ministries and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities

• Sell to FMV Sweden, NDMA Norway, FMI Denmark, FDF Logistics Command Finland, plus municipalities, central governments and agencies
• Run captures on bases, training areas, migrant centres, and humanitarian support sites
• Knowledge procurement portals: TendSign, Doffin, Mercell, Hilma, Udbud
• Build partner ecosystems to meet local content and security requirements
• Drive bids for life support, construction, supply chain, healthcare, and waste

RequirementsRequirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience winning government or defence contracts in the Nordic region.
• Proven success with ministries of defence, national agencies, municipalities, or NATO.
• Fluent in English, plus proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish
• Strong understanding of procurement/ tendering platforms
• Demonstrated track record in securing multi-year service contracts (e.g., logistics, facility management, construction, or supply chain services).

BenefitsYou have to be based around the Eindhoven office or in one of the bigger Nordics cities (hybrid arrangement possible).
