- Fluent command of German & English (C1/C2)
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Previous exposure and experience working on SaaS and/or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in using CRM systems and sales/marketing tools.
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to use data to shape strategy.
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
