Wat ga je doen?
You are responsible for ensuring the production line runs efficiently, safely, and hygienically. You review the planning, make sure materials and the team are prepared, and monitor product quality throughout the day.
In addition, you:
- Set up machines correctly and take action when adjustments are needed.
- Resolve minor technical issues independently and contact the technical department for larger problems.
- Identify deviations in the process and report them immediately.
- Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace.
- Actively contribute to a positive atmosphere and motivated team on the line.
