Are you technical and looking for a varied role in a modern production environment? For a leading company that produces flexible RVS hoses and assemblies, we are looking for an all-round production operator for the welding department.

On the welding department, you will work according to work orders and drawings, performing both assembly and welding tasks. You will weld RVS hoses using techniques such as TIG, G0-G3, Diamondback, and C150, and carry out quality checks and leak tests. You will also set up machines, assist in creating prototypes, and support colleagues with more complex tasks. About 25% of your time will involve standard operator work, such as machine operation and routine production tasks.

You actively contribute to process improvements and ensure that work orders are completed accurately and on time. You will also guide and instruct colleagues on technical tasks.

Wat wij vragen

• Technical insight and ability to read drawings

• Experience with RVS assembly or welding

• Willingness to perform operator tasks (~25% of work)

• Speak Dutch or actively learning (English is allowed, provided willing to take a Dutch course)
