As a payroll coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple European countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, the UK, and Poland. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex multi-country payroll processes while ensuring compliance with local labor and tax regulations. You’ll also contribute to the implementation of a consolidated payroll provider and support the automation of payroll processes through Workday HRIS, helping to scale operations as the company grows.
What You Will Do:
- coordinate: monthly payroll cycles across European countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing in collaboration with external payroll providers
- review: payroll reports, including gross-to-net calculations, tax summaries, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- document: payroll processes, workflows, and dependencies, creating clear guidelines for HR, Finance, and IT teams
- collaborate: with the Workday team to advise on configuration requirements and support the automation of payroll feed processes
- advise: on payroll setup for new markets and acquired entities, supporting the company’s expansion plans
