Warehouse Employee GXO – Returns FT/PT

As a Warehouse Employee at GXO Logistics in Tilburg, you’ll help to ensure the logistics process runs smoothly. Together with your team, you’ll handle returned products and make sure everything is processed correctly and efficiently.

While you’ll start in the returns department, it’s also possible to be trained for other departments, such as Picking or Packing, depending on your skills and interests.

Your main tasks:

• Order handling: Process orders quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.

• Returns processing: Check returned items and decide whether they go back into stock or to the supplier.

• Repacking: Fold and repack clothing according to quality standards.

You’ll work in a friendly, international team where teamwork is key.The warehouse is easy to reach from Tilburg, Breda, Oosterhout and Rijen.

• You can communicate in English (minimum B1 level).

• You are physically fit and can do standing work.

• You have your own transport and accommodation.

• You can apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

• You are available full-time or part-time from Monday to Saturday in shifts:

  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45

  • Two-shift system: week 1 from 06:00 – 14:45, week 2 from 14:45 – 23:30

• Starting salary: €14.40 per hour

• Extra allowances:

  • Evening: €18.00/hour (19:00 - 21:00)

  • Evening: €19.44/hour (21:00 - 00:00)

  • Saturday: €21.60/hour

• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to €9.20 per day)

• Holiday leave and pay according to Dutch law
