Over de functie
• Ensures safe and hygienic working practices within production.
• Operates packaging, freezing and palletising equipment according to set procedures.
• Checks and codes packaging and pallets for accuracy.
• Takes samples and monitors stock levels of consumables.
• Keeps production equipment and work areas clean and tidy.
• Monitors the cold chain and reports deviations in a timely manner.
• Maintains equipment and performs simple calibrations.
• Works accurately with colleagues to ensure an efficient process.

Technical skills
• Experience with production processes or operational work.
• Knowledge of food safety or process safety.
• Able to operate machines and perform basic maintenance.
• Experience in the food, chemical or biochemical industry is an advantage.
