Your responsibilities include:- Operating and setting up production equipment used in the cultivation process.
- Manually handling and processing products to maintain quality standards.
- Monitoring and ensuring hygiene and quality throughout the production process.
- Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team in an informal work atmosphere.
- Contributing to a smooth workflow by being flexible and proactive in your tasks.
