Machine Operator

Functieomschrijving:
Your role as Machine OperatorIn this role, you are responsible for keeping our production lines running smoothly. You operate, and fine-tune machines, monitor product quality,, and step in quickly when small technical issues arise.Your daily tasks include:

• Setting up, operating,, and adjusting production machinery;
• Monitoring output, and ensuring quality standards are met;
• Troubleshooting small faults, and reporting larger issues;
• Following hygiene, and safety procedures (HACCP);
• Participating in improvement, and efficiency projects;
• Keeping your workstation clean, safe,, and organized.

You’ll work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring our production runs continuously, and our waffles reach Europe on time.

What you bringWe’re looking for a reliable, and motivated team player who enjoys working with machines, and takes pride in delivering quality work.You have:

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production role;
• Technical insight, and a proactive attitude;
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts;
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English;
• A hands-on approach, and focus on safety;
• An eye for detail, and a passion for improvement.
