Functieomschrijving:
What will you do as a Packaging Operator?As a Packaging Operator, you make sure our automated packaging lines run efficiently and without interruption. You set up and fine-tune machines, check product quality, and quickly solve small technical issues to keep production on track.Your main responsibilities include:

• Setting up, adjusting, and switching packaging machines;
• Inspecting packaging materials and machine settings;
• Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues;
• Performing visual and functional quality checks;
• Cleaning and doing light preventive maintenance;
• Recording production data accurately in the system;
• Following HACCP and safety guidelines carefully.

You will work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring our stroopwafels reach customers fresh every day.

What do we expect from you?We’re looking for someone who is reliable, precise, and enjoys working in a team.You have:

• Experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar production role;
• Technical insight and a hands-on attitude;
• A good command of Dutch or English;
• Flexibility to work in 3 shifts;
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
