What will you do as a Process Operator?Your role ensures that the production process runs efficiently and without interruptions. You keep a close eye on quality and make sure the next steps in production can continue smoothly.Your main responsibilities include:

• Weighing, mixing, and preparing dough and syrup according to precise recipes.
• Ensuring the correct quantities are available for baking and packaging.
• Coordinating closely with the baking and packaging teams.
• Detecting and fixing minor process deviations or technical issues.
• Recording process and production data accurately.
• Keeping your workstation clean and following strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Assisting with basic maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.

You will be working in a 3-shift schedule alongside a supportive and skilled team.

• Has experience in production or process operations (food industry experience preferred).
• Is technically minded and pays close attention to detail.
• Is willing to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule.
• Communicates well in Dutch or English.
• Works independently while also being a team player.
• Has a hands-on, responsible, and proactive attitude.
