In this combined position, you will work both in the assembly department and within the packing team. You will be responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing machines and modules for transport. Approximately 40% of your time will be spent on fine mechanical assembly work, and 60% on physical tasks within the packing department, including building wooden transport structures and preparing large machines for shipment.
Assembly Tasks (approx. 40%)
- Assemble parts, modules, and machines according to customer specifications
- Perform fine mechanical work using electrical (hand) tools
- Follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Support test runs, inspections, and quality control activities
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities
Packing & Production Tasks (approx. 60%)
- Prepare and execute packing work for transport
- Build wooden transport crates and support structures
- Safely move and store heavy components using a forklift
- Work closely with colleagues to make machines ready for shipment
- Adhere to all safety, health, and quality regulations

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Mechanic with a passion for technical precision and teamwork.
- Secondary (MBO) education, preferably in a technical or construction-related field
- Experience in technical assembly, production, or machine packing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an advantage
- Experience in the food processing industry is a plus
- Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
