Working as a Production Worker in Roermond is a versatile role where you will work daily with modern installations. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and setting up machines
- Solving minor malfunctions and ensuring a smooth production process
- Performing quality checks during production
- Collaborating with colleagues on the shop floor to achieve the best results
Working hours:
Daytime shifts from Monday to Friday, between 07:30 and 16:15.
Weekend work is rare and comes with additional pay.
After a few weeks, you will have the opportunity to transition to a 5-shift system, which includes significantly higher compensation – a 128% shift allowance.

- Education level: VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) or similar
- Technical insight or experience in a comparable role
