Restaurant ROYAL98 is looking for a motivated colleague for the position Employee restaurant Service! The Service Employee is responsible for managing the expectations and wishes of our guests. Are you a real go-getter and ready to take our concept to a higher level? Then we are looking for you!
ROYAL98 is located next to the famous Dam Square, where the Royal Palace and the famous department store 'De Bijenkorf' are also located. The Central Station is also a stone's throw from the restaurant; right in the center of Amsterdam! Our menu focuses on fresh pastas, authentic wood-fired pizzas, Italian dishes and delicious salads, with the high-quality service and at an affordable price
Your responsibilities include:
Taking (table) reservations;
Receiving guests upon arrival, guiding and advising on their menu choice;
Serving dishes and drinks and at the end preparing the invoice
Receiving and handling questions/complaints from guests;
Taking care of the "mise en place".
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
Knowledge of the legal regulations in the field of safety and hygiene;
Speaks the Dutch and/or English language;
Is guest-oriented and investigates how to help guests adequately and optimally;
Knowledge of the Allergen legislation;
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage;
