Machine Operator

• Operate and set up various production machines following work and safety instructions;
• Perform first-line maintenance and independently resolve minor technical issues;
• Identify and report process deviations while brainstorming improvement opportunities;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist colleagues when needed;
• Participate in safety and food safety training during your onboarding period.

• MBO-2 level education or equivalent work experience required;
• At least 1 year experience in a production environment;
• Technical skills and ability to solve basic machine issues;
• Basic knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards;
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills preferred.
