Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Dow in Terneuzen.
In this role, you will:
- Execute order entry and manage the order fulfillment process for complex, priority customer accounts
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dow's products, services, and applications
- Develop strong customer relationships, gather market intelligence, and understand customer needs
- Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts and proactively solve issues
- Maintain service levels according to business priorities
- Differentiate between customer requirements and Dow capabilities, choosing the best cost-effective solutions
- Support commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses
- Collaborate with internal partners such as Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, and Supply Chain
