Our client recently opened a new warehouse in Helmond and is looking for enthusiastic people to join their team during this busy period. This project runs until December 1, 2025, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and mutual satisfaction.
As a Warehouse Employee, you’ll work in an agile team and take on a variety of tasks: managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing stock, supporting the picking team, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and safe for the next shift.This is an all-round logistics role, so flexibility and a hands-on attitude are essential.

Day shift: 08:00 – 17:00
Your Key Responsibilities
Goods In & Out
- Unload and handle goods using a forklift or manually.
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and perform occasional quality checks.
- Register incoming stock in the CRM system.
- Break down pallets and organise goods by type and size.
Stock Rotation & Replenishment
- Execute replenishment tasks based on stock lists.
- Move stock from bulk to pick locations (using a reach truck if required).
- Refill bulk areas with new incoming goods.
- Carry out regular stock counts and support warehouse reorganisation.
Order Picking & Packing
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Warehouse Upkeep & Preparation
- Keep aisles clear of obstacles and hazards.
- Break down empty boxes and remove packaging materials.
- Maintain a tidy warehouse yard and stack pallets neatly.
Our client are manufacturers of thermal protective workwear, used in temperature controlled areas such as cold storage, food processing/manufacturing, foodservice and also in the colder winter months. It's an English company that was founded in 1979. They have opened their new warehouse in Helmond because they need a warehouse within the European Union.

The new warehouse is located in Helmond and is easily reachable by car from the following places: Eindhoven, Geldrop, Nuenen, Deurne, Lieshout, Someren, Veldhoven, Venray, Weert, Son en Breugel.
Wie ben je?- Fulltime availability (40 hours).
- Able to do physical work.
- Forklift and/or Reachtruck certificate are a plus.
- Experience in logistics.
- Able to work with computers.
- Motivated to build a new project and stay there for a long period.
- Willing to work in an international company.
- An hourly wage of €16,-.
- You'll start with a contract for one month with Olympia, when you and the client are both satisfied you'll get a contract from our client after this month.
- Holiday allowance of 8,33%.
- 25 vacation days.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for a one-way distance between 15 km and 30 km.
- After 8 weeks of work, you will start accruing a pension. If you are already accruing a pension with another employment agency, we will of course ensure that the accrual continues seamlessly.
€16.00 - €16.00 hourly
