As an assembly worker, you'll be working to ensure safety at heights! Your day starts with your colleagues in Ter Aar, and then you head out in the van to a new assignment somewhere in the country. Upon arrival, you'll work together to set up fall protection systems. Fall protection ensures the safety of people working at heights, using various methods that you will be responsible for installing, such as anchor points or cable systems. You will ensure that everyone can work safely at heights after your job is done.
No two jobs are the same, meaning every day will be different. One day, you might be on a roof, and the next, using an aerial lift at an event. Together, you will guarantee safety!
Of course, you will be well-prepared for working at heights. It's important that you're open to completing courses such as 'safe working at heights,' 'aerial lift certification,' and 'rope access training.' Experience as a roofer or with waterproofing bitumen would be a plus!
