As a customer relationship manager, you will contribute to ensuring a seamless customer experience by efficiently managing orders and fostering strong relationships with your assigned portfolio of clients. You’ll navigate a dynamic, international work environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and organizational goals. What You Will Do:
- Manage: all aspects of customer service, including quoting, contract review, order entry, and customer setup.
- Collaborate: with internal teams such as account management, purchasing, and product management to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Build: and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their environment, challenges, and needs to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify: opportunities to improve customer relationships and contribute to business growth by addressing customer needs and challenges proactively.
- Support: additional tasks and projects as required to meet both customer and organizational objectives.
