Do you want to learn the Operator profession but don’t have any experience yet?No problem! You can start right away as an Operator in a 3-shift system.

For a leading food producer, we are looking for a motivated team member to strengthen our production team!

Your responsibilities:

• Produce and process a variety of food products
• Perform visual quality checks during production
• Remove products that don’t meet quality standards
• Check dimensions and weight
• Verify recipes and raw materials
• Accurately follow recipe instructions
• Ensure correct positioning of products on the production line
• Refill raw and auxiliary materials when needed
• Report irregularities to the shift supervisor
• Weigh, record, and dispose of waste streams according to procedure
• Keep the workplace clean and organized during and after production

Because of safety regulations and work instructions, it’s important that you have a good command of Dutch or English.

• Monthly salary between €2,400 and €2,700 excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance of up to €675 gross (25%)
• Travel allowance up to €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km one way)

You will join an international food manufacturer. On modern production lines, millions of products are made and delivered daily to wholesalers, restaurants, caterers, airlines, and cruise ships. Quality is a top priority: natural ingredients are used, with great attention to taste, texture, and freshness. There’s a good chance you’ll see a product in the supermarket that you helped produce.

The work environment is informal, and you’ll be part of a close-knit, committed team.

You will work in a 3-shift system with weekly rotating schedules:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Once every two weeks, you will work a night shift starting on Sunday at 22:00.
