- Monthly salary of €2621,53 (based on 40 hours)
- Direct contract with our client.
- Work location : Amsterdam West
- Working hours: 24, 32, 36 or 40 hrs/ week.

You are interested in this role as a customer service agent and want to know if you have the right profile? This is who we're looking for:
- You speak, write, and understand German on a near-native level and English on a C1 level;
- You have at least an MBO level 4;
- You are available 7 days a week, between 24 to 40 hours, working hours from 9:00 to 21:00 and possibly on the weekends;
- You have experience with customer service work;
- You are customer-friendly and also have a commercial approach.
As a German-speaking customer service agent, you will be on the first line to:
- Advise the customers of the German market about the brand and the products (the composition of the products, perfume scents, online purchase, store locations, etc);
- Informing about the status of the orders, the delivery, the damages and returns;
