What will you do as a Process Operator?As a Process Operator, you make sure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. Your role is crucial: without your work, the rest of the process can’t move forward. You make sure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.Your tasks will include:

• Weighing, mixing, and preparing dough and syrup according to exact recipes;
• Ensuring the right quantities are ready for the next production stages;
• Closely coordinating with the baking and packaging departments;
• Detecting and solving minor malfunctions or deviations in the process;
• Accurately logging process data in the system;
• Keeping your workstation clean and working according to strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP);
• Assisting with basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery.

You’ll be working in a 3-shift rotation, together with a skilled and supportive team.

Functievereisten:
What do we expect from you?

• Experience in a production or process environment (preferably in the food industry);
• Technical insight and an eye for detail;
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
• A hands-on, responsible attitude and the ability to work independently;
• Strong team spirit and good communication skills.
