English Speaking Welder

Wat je gaat doen Join our construction team as a welder and help build sturdy trailers for customers worldwide. Your MIG/MAG welding expertise and ability to read technical drawings ensure every component meets high standards. Work with modern tools in a safe, team-oriented environment that values precision and improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Precision welding: perform MIG/MAG welding on structural components according to technical specifications and safety guidelines
• Assembly tasks: fit and join parts to create fully finished trailers for international use
• Workplace management: keep your area clean and organized, maintaining tools, measuring devices, and protective gear
• Quality control: inspect each weld and assembly for accuracy, strength, and finish, documenting results when needed
• Process improvement: suggest ways to streamline production, reduce waste, and boost efficiency
• Collaboration and learning: support colleagues, share best practices, and take part in training to stay current with modern welding techniques

Wat we je bieden

• A starting salary between € 3100 and € 3400 gross per month based on 40 hours a week
• Perspective of a permanent contract
• Full-time employment in a TOP 100 production company in the Netherlands
• 38 days off per year (25 vacation days +13 ADV days).
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 net per kilometer (for distances over 10 km).
• Work in day shifts (07:30 - 16:15) with modern techniques and tools.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an experienced MIG/MAG welder who values precision and enjoys working as part of a team. Requirements:

• Solid background in MIG/MAG welding and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
• Availability for full-time day shifts from 07:30 to 16:15
• Good communication skills in English, Dutch or German
• Your own accommodation and transport
• A cooperative attitude, willingness to learn new techniques, and the adaptability to handle changing tasks                              
• An eye for detail, safe work habits, and pride in craftsmanship will help you succeed in this role.
